Anyone can learn Reiki! All classes are offered one level at a time so you can grow steadily and confidently in your practice. There are three levels of Reiki training. What makes this sacred healing technique different from other forms of energy work is the process of attunement. To practice Reiki on yourself and others, you receive an initiation known as an attunement from a Reiki Master Teacher. During an attunement, the crown, heart, and palm chakras are opened to allow Reiki energy to flow freely. Once you are attuned, Reiki becomes a lifelong resource and the energy will flow through your hands whenever you choose to use it. In-person classes are held in Canyon Lake, Texas. Healing With Reiki-Level I is the introductory training and your first step into becoming a Reiki channel. In this level, Reiki energy is awakened within you and remains accessible for life once you complete the training. You must take this level prior to taking level II. You will learn foundational techniques for:
Self-healing
Working with others
Understanding Reiki energy flow
Grounding and protection practices
Ethical and intuitive use of Reiki
