Add on the decorations in neighbors lawns and the glow of red and green anywhere you went added to the magic. Then, some of us had Santa, who would be coming at the end of the month with presents! Others had Hanukkah, where they spend 8 days celebrating with family, friends, food, and gifts. Life was easy and had moments of bliss that you can still remember.
