Feel to Heal

 July's full moon will be direct at midnight (eastern time) tonight! This full moon has a fun nick name like the rest... The Thunder Moon also known as the Buck Moon. Where did these nicknames come from you ask? The Native American Tribes created them to help keep track of the seasons. Apparently, this month was all about the  summer thunderstorms. I think there has been storms brewing on the inside of all of us and as I checked into my monthly Full Moon readings, my feelings and inclinations seem to be accurate. This is an intense moon due to where all the planets line up. The theme is "Just Do It", retrieved from my favorite moon sight, www.mysticmamma.com. Check it for some very insightful guidance! It is not a time to sit back or to fight with the direction the waves are coming. It's time to accept change, release the blocks, and embrace the new. Dive in. 
I have had some changes recently that have given me no choice but to get up and 'Just do it". It's tough at first but it becomes empowering and amusing after you get your groove back. I have meditated more in the last 2 weeks than I did all year! I have used crystal therapy, aromatherapy, and Reiki to destroy the negative blocks that have blocked me from evolving and moving forward. Most importantly, I have been taking care of myself. Tending to wounds, new and old. Allowing all the emotions to be felt, acknowledged, and set  free. ​
