​Welcome to Ascending Sage. By booking a session, class, workshop, or purchasing any service or digital offering, you agree to the following policies and terms. Please read carefully before scheduling.

Services Offered:
Services may include in-person Reiki sessions, virtual Reiki sessions, intuitive or psychic readings, spiritual guidance sessions, and educational workshops or classes offered either in person or online via Zoom or similar platforms. All services are spiritual and holistic in nature. 

Professional Services Disclaimer:
All services offered are spiritual, intuitive, and complementary in nature. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing provided through sessions, readings, Reiki, workshops, classes, or written materials should be interpreted as medical, mental health, legal, or financial guidance. Always seek the advice of a qualified licensed professional regarding any medical or mental health condition, legal matter, or financial decision. Do not delay, disregard, or stop professional care based on information received through these services. By participating in services, you acknowledge that all decisions and actions you take are your own responsibility.

Payment Policy:
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Accepted payment methods may include credit/debit card, electronic invoice, or approved online payment platforms. No session time is reserved without payment confirmation. Prices are subject to change at any time. Purchased sessions and workshops retain the price paid at time of booking.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:
Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled with at least 24 hours notice.

• Cancellations with more than 24 hours notice may be rescheduled or credited.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable.
• No-shows are non-refundable.

If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time and the full fee applies. Emergency exceptions may be considered at sole discretion.

Refund Policy:
All services are non-refundable once delivered.
Workshops, classes, and events are non-refundable unless canceled by the business.
Digital products, recorded workshops, and downloadable materials are non-refundable due to the nature of instant access.
Prepaid sessions and packages are non-refundable but may be transferable if approved.

Virtual Session Policy:
For virtual sessions:

• Client is responsible for a working internet connection and device
• Sessions will begin at the scheduled time
• If technical issues occur, reasonable effort will be made to continue or reschedule
• Recording is not permitted unless explicitly approved
  
  

Psychic & Intuitive Reading Disclaimer:
Psychic, intuitive, and spiritual readings are provided for personal insight and spiritual reflection only. They are not medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. All decisions and actions taken following a reading are the sole responsibility of the client. Readings are not a replacement for licensed professional services. Clients must be 18 years or older.

Workshop & Class Policy:
Workshop and class purchases reserve your seat.

• Transfers may be allowed with advance notice
• Missed workshops are not refundable
• Access details for online workshops will be provided after purchase

Recorded materials may not be shared, copied, or redistributed.

Code of Conduct:
Respectful behavior is required at all sessions and events. Services may be refused or ended without refund if a client behaves inappropriately, aggressively, or under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Confidentiality:
Client information and session content are kept private to the extent permitted by law. Information may only be disclosed if required by legal obligation or safety concern.

Limitation of Liability:
By booking services, you agree to release and hold harmless Ascending Sage from any liability, loss, or damage resulting from services received. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

Agreement:
By scheduling or purchasing any service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these policies and disclaimers.
