What is it about the Fall that brings me so much joy? Everything! The first cold front has come to Texas! Divine timing, indeed! I'm kicking the season off with my cinnamon coffee topped with a pumpkin spice creamer. Previous fall posts over the years should be reviewed, if you are looking for ideas to ring in Mabon and the Autumn Equinox (see below). I'll be bringing out my fall decorations this evening as well as setting up my Fall Alter. Think orange and purple lights, gourds & pumpkins, candles, and harvested herbs that I have been picking and drying for the last month. This is an offering if you will. Named after the Celtic God in Welsh mythology, Mabon is celebrated by pagans and others that choose to recognize the The Wheel of the Year. Not only is it a celebration but it is a time of rest. I feel this energy strong. I am tired of the heat and the bright cheeriness of summer. I'm ready for a slumber if you will but also ready to party with bon fires, cozy sweaters and boots! I love boots. You really can't wear boots in Texas until the temps are lower that the heat of the sun. Speaking of sweaters, while in the closet pulling out your fall gear, why not do a lil fall cleaning. I clean out my drawers and closets at this time of year to make space to breath and grow. I start making space for my outdoor plants that are not quite ready to come in. I have made multiple macramé plant hangers this last weekend anticipating the move and very conscience of the lack of space on the floor. Constantly evolving and ascending, we are. I'm presently a curious baker and plan to make some apple cake this weekend. However, that could change. It all depends on what I find at the farmers market. Truly the best time to go to one as the bounty is always a delight. Happy Fall yall.

Yall, It's been a HOT minute since I gave an update on what's been happening and what's coming up!! Isn't it funny when life happens and once you look up, months have gone by. A lot has happened in my personal life with my family and I have been needed elsewhere. BUT I have continued spreading Reiki love everywhere I go. I have been blessed to have students and clients come see me here at Bamboo Field. The future is bright and new things are coming! Please stay tuned. In the meantime, if you are looking for Reiki sessions or want to learn Reiki, send me an email or contact me via phone! I don't have a schedule posted but I am available weekly! FYI Massage Therapists, I offer (6 CEU's) for Level I!! Now to get a little 'heavy' as my close friends would say. I have run into other lightworkers that are experiencing similar if not the very same things I have been recently. Without covering the whole map of evolving, cause that would probably take me a century and honestly all over the place because I am smack in the middle of it, I will just share what I have experienced presently. The definition of Evolving is to develop gradually, especially from a simple to a more complex form. Oh, that's all? Come on! I want to shed light and dark on this topic. There may be some sarcasm in this post but it's only out of love. Love for myself and for this process that will be everchanging and cultivating until the day I pass to the next plane. Here are some observations:
How long will this last you ask? I don't know. What I do know is there is a lot of us out here feeling the same thing but we think we are alone. Let's get together! We need to vent and share our experiences with one another. We need to lean on one another because this is intense! Sharing some of my stories with other lightworkers has helped me lately. They get THE look of relief on their face. I take the exhale of exhales cause I feel like im holding my breath. If you are having similar experiences, feel free to reach out! Email me your story or share it below for other lightworkers. Until the next time, I'm just waiting for the next 'wrong turn' which is actually the right one. I will make the best out of this liminal space I am floating in like alice did when she fell down the rabbit hole. I am going to continue receiving bodywork like massages, acupuncture, chiropractic adjustments, and REIKI because it's takes a village. What brings you relief? I am open to some tips!
