Reiki Energy Healing Reiki (pronounced ray-kee) is spiritually guided life force energy that is a gentle, hands-on or distance healing practice that supports your body, mind, and spirit.
Sessions are calming, non-invasive, and deeply restorative. Many people experience Reiki like a peaceful meditation, often leaving feeling lighter, balanced, and recharged. Reiki works from the inside out, helping ease stress, emotional heaviness, and energetic blocks. After each session, I share intuitive insights and messages that come through to support your healing and clarity. Reiki is an ancient practice anyone can learn. I offer training at all levels. It is not tied to any religion, cannot cause harm, and is meant to complement (not replace) medical care.
The Five Reiki Principles
The Reiki Principles are simple daily intentions that guide us back to balance, presence, and compassion. They begin with the words “Just for today” reminding us that healing happens one day, one breath at a time. Just for today, I will not worry Worry pulls our energy into the future and out of the present moment. This principle invites us to soften fear, trust the unfolding path, and return to calm awareness. When we release worry, we create space for clarity and healing. Just for today, I will not be angry Anger can cloud the heart and drain our life force. This does not mean suppressing feelings, but honoring them and allowing them to move through with awareness and compassion. We choose response over reaction. Just for today, I will give thanks for my many blessings Gratitude raises our vibration and opens us to receive more peace and abundance. Even small moments of appreciation shift our energy and reconnect us with what is good and supportive in our lives. Just for today, I will work and live with integrity This is an invitation to act honestly, responsibly, and in alignment with our values. When our actions match our inner truth, our energy flows more freely and our spirit feels steady and strong. Just for today, I will be kind to all living things Kindness is healing energy in action toward people, animals, plants, and ourselves. Compassion strengthens connection and reminds us that all life is sacred and interconnected.
