Healing With Reiki:
Anyone can take these classes! All workshops are given one level at a time. There are 3 levels of Reiki. The difference between Reiki and other Energy work is the attunements. In order to practice Reiki on oneself as well as clients, an initiation known as an attunement is passed from the Reiki Master to the student. An attunement opens up the crown, heart, and palm chakras to allow to Reiki energy to flow. Once attuned by a master, Reiki energy will flow through your hands.
Healing With Reiki Level I is the introductory level and initiates one to be a channel for the Reiki energy. Reiki is awakened and will always be with you once you've completed Level I.
What to expect:
Before all levels:
Please try to avoid caffeine, alcohol, nicotine, and heavy foods that take some time to digest for 24 hours prior and after the class.
Virtual Students: In order to fully absorb the class and all it has to offer, please make sure you have quiet, safe space that allows you to move around. I recommend cleansing the space before class. For those of you that have used sage before, this is a great way to create a sacred space while cleansing and clearing the negative energy. You definitely need to be free of distractions like other humans, tv, and music.
In-Person Students: Classes take place in Canyon Lake, TX
