Reiki is an ancient healing technique and spiritual practice that originated from Japan many moons ago. Just as deep tissue or the swedish technique are types of massage, Reiki is a type of energy work. After many years of cultivation and modification of this art, there are now many variations of Reiki. Reiki is for all and has no limits. reiki is not affiliated with religion but is a spiritual practice.
Healing with Reiki is a culmination of my multiple masters, my respected predecessors, and the original Master Usui Reiki teachings. This is the first of 3 Levels.
