Heart & Home

    Fall is here and this weather makes me smile like a Cheshire cat. The Harvest full moon was beautiful last night! I slept so deeply. Some people have a hard time sleeping when the moon is full, but I am the opposite. The days leading up to the full moon is unsettling and sleep is erratic, but once "She" is up, I am a calm in the storm. zzzz's all through the night!
    I hope you all had a wonderful summer full of sun, relaxation, water, & fun! We had a busy summer at Atasia Spa. I honestly do what I love and love what I do. Finding the balance between work and home has been a challenge for me, because of my love of the job. I also spent a lot of days off at my friend's pool this summer, so this past month, I decided to really dedicate my days off to my home and my cats :). There's is nothing like a clean house to come home to after a long day. I turned on some Moody Blues, cleaned, moved furniture around, and I relaxed. I bought an Apple Cinnamon candle that changes colors...whoa. It brought me more joy! I had my first Pumpkin Spice Latte of the season. The Spa ordered our Spicy Pumpkin Sugar Scrub this week...I am a sucker for seasonal flavored fun. Football started! I bought the cats some new toys and some cat nip. There went the clean carpet :) Sometimes, when your heart is so heavy, only laughter can lighten it. Fall + Cat nip + crazy cats + new toys + color changing, apple cinnamon candles = Laughter and elation for me this week.
